taq4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:
All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification level and payment method.
Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallets are typically processed instantly. In rare cases, delays may occur due to banking system maintenance or technical issues. If your deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact customer support.
taq4d does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are not controlled by taq4d.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your taq4d account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing. taq4d reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of deposited funds if required by regulatory authorities or internal compliance procedures.
You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with bonus wagering requirements (if applicable). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If withdrawal to the original deposit method is not feasible, alternative methods may be arranged in consultation with customer support.
taq4d aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Once processed, funds are transferred to your nominated Indonesian bank account. Actual receipt time depends on your bank's processing schedule, typically 1-3 business days.
During periods of high volume or for large withdrawal amounts exceeding Rp 10,000,000, additional security checks may be required, which could extend processing time to 48-72 hours.
For security purposes, taq4d may contact you via email or phone to verify withdrawal requests, especially for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts. Failure to respond to verification requests may delay processing.
taq4d does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your receiving bank may impose fees for incoming transfers, which are not controlled by taq4d. Players are responsible for any third-party banking fees.
taq4d offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. Bonus eligibility and terms are specified in each promotional offer. Not all Players may qualify for all bonuses.
Bonuses are intended for recreational Players only. Professional gamblers, bonus abusers, or Players engaged in arbitrage betting may be excluded from bonus eligibility at taq4d's discretion.
All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each bonus offer. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus means you must wager Rp 500,000 in total before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while some table games and live casino games may contribute less or not at all. Refer to individual bonus terms for specific contribution rates.
Bonuses must be activated and wagering requirements completed within the specified time period, typically 30 days from bonus activation. Unused bonuses or bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will expire and be removed from your account.
taq4d reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, collusion with other Players, exploiting game malfunctions, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
All sports bets are subject to the official rules of each sport and league. In the event of a dispute, decisions made by official league or competition authorities are final. If an event is postponed, canceled, or declared void, bets will be settled according to taq4d's standard void rules, typically resulting in bet refunds.
Maximum bet limits and payout limits apply and vary by sport, league, and market. taq4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion.
All casino games and slots operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed for each game and represent theoretical long-term payout rates.
Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical error results in incorrect payouts, taq4d reserves the right to correct the error and adjust account balances accordingly.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of taq4d services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim.
taq4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, fail to complete KYC verification, or if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.
In the event of account suspension, you will be notified via email with an explanation of the reason. You may appeal the suspension by contacting customer support.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be paid out to you, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.
Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period, even at your request. This is a protective measure to support responsible gaming.
